What's New?: Have lived in Rapid City, South Dakota since 1998. My
wife Lois Facer and I have two sons: Reed & Zack. As a
historian, I write economic history for companies and
institutions throughout North America. My business is
at www.vantagepointhistory.com. Have been active in
politics for the last several years and was the
Democratic nominee for lieutenant governor in 2006. My
running mate and I weren't successful, but I continue
to work both sides of the aisle to promote progressive

What's New?: Hi to all. Just attended Rory & Lindy's reunion for
four classes. Excellent!! Saw a lot of folks I have
not seen since the last one.
I live in El Dorado Hills ( near Dougherty, but he's a
stuffed shirt, just kidding Tim). Two kids, Ashley &
Nicholas 20& 18 respectively. Sharron, my wife of 21
years (RN) and Baxter the Golden who I loveingly refer
to as Baxtard. I still play guitar a lot when I'm not
working for AT&T Yellow Pages and Yellowpages.com.

My son Nicholas is the starting QB at Oak Ridge High
School and is geting recruited by many schools (oh
yea!!). Ashley will be attending Long Beach State in 07

What's New?: Since Awalt, I went to school at Univ of Oregon; then
lived in Alaska and settled in Seattle. Married, 1
stepson, 2 standard poodles, 3 cats. I'm the Director
of Development and Planning for the City of Seattle
Parks Dept. and play a lot of golf. Visit CA to see

What's New?: Raising 3 boys with my wife Terry who is an artist (painting and jewelry
design). I own a manufacturers rep firm in the swimming pool industry.
Play a little golf, ski and trap shoot with the boys. Zack 16, Tobin 13,
and Keaton 5. All pretty cool kids with moms artistic skills. We left Los
Altos in 2002 after 13 yrs in the old hood. Moved to Granite Bay,
(outside of Sacramento), to be closer to the moutains, Tahoe etc. It's
been a nice change. I do miss the culture, the ocean and the smell of
the clean bay air. I'm still down there a lot with biz travel. I stay in
touch with Callahan, the Kinder brothers,
Jim Rodgers, Puterbaugh and Kosling. I know that probably paints a
bad picture of me, oh well. We're all a bunch of bums wishing we had
the freedom we enjoyed 30 years ago. Lots of good days ahead. Go
Giants!

What's New?: Hi! Living in San Jose, have my own biz, 2 adult
daughters, 26 and 24, and my new husband of 4 years and
I just adopted a baby boy. Was a paramedic here for 6
years, also an interior designer. Life is great!
Finally moved into our dream home here in Evergreen,

What's New?: I left Mountain View in '76 and barely recognize the
place when I go there these days (which is seldom,
since my family and most of the things I remember are
all gone.) I attended CCAC in Oakland and have lived
in the East Bay ever since. I have been a cabinet
maker, an AV technician, a model-maker for the film
industry, a college instructor, a corporate head-
hunter, a carpet cleaner, a video editor, a
cameraman, an expert on antique music boxes, a clerk
in a video store, and I don't know what all else. For
the past seven years I have been a high school
teacher and am likely to remain one, as it is the
best and most rewarding occupation I have ever
experienced. I am also a bass player in a rock and
roll band. I have been married to the same woman for
twenty one years and have an eleven year old son.
Does anyone care about any of this? My years at Awalt
were not among the best ones in my life. I never felt
as though I quite fit in, and at times was treated
with indifference and cruelty by people who seemed to
be enjoying themselves. Did anyone else ever feel
this way? So far I have avoided the reunions, yet am
strangely compelled to post this message. I am nearly
fifty-one years old. It's a hell of a thing, isn't it?

What's New?: I'm married to Dave Roark and we have one 23-year-old
daughter, Jessica. I've been working at Lockheed
Martin in Sunnyvale as an editing specialist since
1980. It's a great job and I thoroughly enjoy working
with satellite engineers. My current interests are
yoga, canoeing, mountain bike riding, and camping with

Clara Ca. We have three sons Ken 28 lives in
Berkeley,Ryan 27 lives in Jackson (with my wonderful 6
year old grandson Tyler and will have a little girl
in March with my daughter-in-law Molly) and Jesse 25
who also lives in Jackson.
I am the Assistant County Manager for Stewart
Title in Stanislaus County. Michael works for a oil
company.We travel as much as we can in our motorhome
and take several other trips a year. We did a driving
trip all over Ireland in March and the end of July
and the first 2 weeks of August we were in Poland,
Russia and Estonia.
