Up until 2000, Eric Shimp and I owned Skip's Place in
Los Altos. We entered into a couple of contracts for
other restaurants including the original Skip's at
Fremont and Mary in Sunnyvale, but never were able to
close the deal.
I finished my MBA at UC Irvine in June 2001 and got
married two weeks later. Christine and I live in
Mission Viejo with our sons Anthony 4 yrs and Justin 2
yrs.
Out of grad school I worked for a small bank, which
ended up being the fastest growing bank in California
for five years. In September of 2006, the bank was
listed among Fortune Magazines 100 Fastest Growing
Companies. Ironically, we were acquired by WaMu in a
$1.0 billion deal that closed on Oct. 1. 2006.
For the six years I was with the bank, I led the
marketing department and after it went public the IR
department. I also oversaw the efforts of the bank's
Community Foundation for the two years it existed.

Newport Beach law firm that specializes in employment
and labor law litigation.
