I was Santa Cruz bound 4 days after I graduated. The
Santa Cruz area is getting more and more congested
everyday, but is still one of the most beautiful
places around to live in. Mountains to hike in on one
side, and an ocean to swim in on the other.
I have not done much in the way of expanding my
academic experience. I continue to take classes at
Cabrillo Junior college just to keep my brain active.
I have worked more years than I'd like to admit to for
the same company, O'Neill Inc.. It is a part of Santa
Cruz history and if you do any kind of water sports,
you'll recognize the brand name.
I am a single mom to a 12 year old son. I own a small
piece of California real estate in Aptos, a few blocks
from the beach. I currently am in a good relationship
with a friend that I reconnected with from my teen
years. Mark has inspired me to get on the slopes in
winter, and my son to compete in tennis tournaments.
I lead an active life but work hard on keeping stress
to a minimum, and the pace relaxed.
I hope everyone is healthy and happy. Life is short,
we are middle age now...and these really are the best
years of our lives!!!
