I'm now living in Camano Island, Washington with my
woman partner of 10 years. After graduating a year
early in 1969, I went on to Foothill and Lewis & Clark
College, got married my senior year and finished my BA
at Cal State Hayward. I moved to Washington State in
1976. I have two children in their early 30's who make
me proud. In my 40s it became clear that I needed to
be with women; I got divorced in '96 after 24 years of
marriage.
I have been a computer programmer, technical writer,
and English teacher; I now work in healthcare. I did
graduate work in English/Creative Writing and have
published many poems. In my spare time I read lots of
good novels, quilt, walk our dogs, and occasionaly
work on my poems. I look forward to more time for all
of these when I retire.
