- Just wanted to let all of the friends of Jim's know
that he passed away on May 4th, 1992. He never forgot
any of you and I still have the signed high school
Photo's of most of you. We moved to Redding in 1975
and raised Arabian horses for several years Jim was an
insurance broker as was I. Hard to believe that
Chicago kid went country. I also went to Mt.View class
of 1962 you may have known me as Jay Owen or Joan
Owen. Jim and I had two children Jody and Jimmy both
live here in Redding

- Moved to Fresno Summer of 1959. Graduated 1960 from Mc
Lane High School...But I'm still a "Eagle". Married
twice: Karen for 10 yrs. and Susie for last 37 yrs.
Lived in Fresno - 10, Modesto - 2, San Jose - 1, Salt
Lake City - 21, Phoenix last 16 yrs. Two children:
Julie
47 and Steve 43, and 3 grandsons who live in
Livermoore, Ca and Pleasanton, CA. Retired in 2009
after 47 years as factory rep. for Karastan Carpet for
7 western states. Enjoy family and friends, lifting
weights, travel, walking. Live is Good !

- Retired from US Army and a major insurance
company. Two grown sons,1 grandson and 3 cats all fill
my life with joy. Keep active through my synagogue
activies and genealogy business.
I still have all my class photos from Highway and
Escuela schools, my journalism scrapbook containing
The Eagle '58 to'60, and MVHS yearbooks from '56 -
'60.
Enjoyed our 50th reunion in 2010! None of us were
older and all were a whole lot better.
A 70th Birthday Party for the class is being planned
for October 2012. Hope to be there.

I did find the recipe for Linda's sauce and it's
available for personal use only. Although the French
buns are not available there is a Columbo French bun
that's close.

- Hard to imagine have been out of MVHS for 44 years.
Married to Glanna Thompson Class 0f 61. We were
married May 13,89. I have two children from a
previous marriage, a son 38 who is a General
Contractor and a daughter 35 who is a stay at home Mom
taking care of my 2 Grandkids, Kaylah 4 and Conlan 2.
Have a third grandchild due in Dec. from my Son and
Daughter-in-law. Looking forward to our 45th next
year. Have had real problem making three reunions due
of all things heart surgery the same time the reunions
were schduled. Promise to be at the next one. Don't
have a good excuse this time since I had a heart
transplant Oct 1, 2000. Feeling very well and hope to
see you all in the future.

- My husband and I have been teaching in Japan since 1968. We have two grown children and three
grandchildren, 7, 4, and 1. Our parents are still in California and our children are in Kentucky, so we
spend all our vacations going back and forth from here to there. It's impossible to make it for class
reunions, but I'm happy to have just found out about this web page!

- I grew up in Mtn View. Attended Highway
school (now gone). Esquela school then to Mt View
high. Unfortunatly the folks moved and I spent my
senior year in Redding Calif. Enterprise high, where I
graduated. Still feel a part of Mtn View as I grew up

Attended the 50th Class Reunion, what a blast,

- I've been moving around a lot and have lived in
Santa Fe, Tucson, Capitola, San Jose, Campbell
and now Menlo Park. I have been to India
twice, lived at Rajneeshpuram, Oregon for 4 years
as a disciple of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. I've
also been married a few times and am currently
(and hopefully for the last time) married to James
Bell, a 1969 graduate of Lynbrook High in San
Jose, for 22 years. I worked half-time at Stanford
University as the Administrator of the Center on
Adolescence until mid-2006 when I quit to work
full-time (and then some)in our fitness business.
My three grown sons, Michael, Anthony, and
Matthew Aquino (by Art Aquino, Class of '59) all live
here in the Bay Area and I'm enjoying living close to them.
Hobbies include playing with my Mac, digital
photography, outsmarting our Labradoodle, strength
training, and walking in nature. My Rheumatoid
Arthritis is apparently in remssion so I am enjoying my
life tremendously!
My husband and I also have a fitness business in
Redwood City, CA, Alive! Whole Life Fitness Studio,
http://www.alivefitnessstudio.com , that specializes in
assisting people 50+ regain and maintain functional
fitness through a combination of SafeStrength® strength
training and NLP Coaching provided by me, a trained
Co-Active(tm) Coach and Certified NLP(Neuro Linguistic
Programming)Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and NLP
Health Practitioner. I'm also a
WealthyMind™ Trainer and trained in NLP and Hypnosis.
We absolutely love what we're doing and evidently so do
our clients, so life is very rewarding.
Future plans include writing a book about my life
experiences, which I've been told are worth writing about!

- I'm retired and still Married 46 years to Lupe(Gomez
class of '61),we have 4 children, Rachel 44, Eli III
43, Yolanda 40, Victoria 37,and we have two
grandchildren Andrew 18,and Matthew 13 years old. and
One more on the way ( Yea''' Finally ) I'm still work
part time, I golf, fish, (gamble when ever possible
Texas Holdem) also working on various projects around
the house.
Enjoying life.(As I just beat cancer over the past year)
enjoyed seeing quite a few of former classmates older
and younger at the annual cuesta park reunion. (not to
bad for an old guy)LOL
