What's New?: After high school, I went on to get a B.A. from
Arizona State University. Met my husband after I
graduated. We moved to Colorado where I earned a
masters in education at University of Denver. Taught
for awhile till I had my babies, one boy, one girl
(ages 7 & 5 now). We're now settled in New Jersey.

What's New?: Well the long and short is I went to UCSB, Graduated.
Went to work at Apple then 3Com then Global Village,
Then Aveo and finally @Road. Alng the way met the woman
of my dreams. Quit my job. Went to the UK and told her
I was going to make her fall in love with me and bring
her home. Did that. Got married, and now we are
semi-retired living back in the UK with 2 beautiful
children and the world as our oyster. Check us out on

What's New?: I graduated from BYU with a BA in English/Women's
Studies. I've been married to Mark for 16 years, and
we've had four children: Brittany and Spencer
(twins) are 13, and Kyle is 8. (Our fourth
baby, a boy we named Kevin, was stillborn five
years ago.) I'm working part-time as a teacher's
aide and substitute teacher at my children's
Montessori school, Mark's a CPA, and we're enjoying
life with our energetic kids!

What's New?: Aloha suckers. After back packing around the planet
for a few years I was a skiin' & rock climbin' bum in
Colorado. Now I live on the Big Island in Hawai'i
where I get to be a divin' & surfin' bum. I'm the lead
educational instructor for one of original scuba
diving companys on the Kona coast. They actually pay
me to swim w/ whale sharks, dolphins and manta rays!

What's New?: Wow...we don't get much space for this....well here it
goes...went to Stanford undergrad 1992, Duke Med
School 1996, Stanford Hospital - General Surgery, Head
& Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic Surgery.
Darn...education was most of my life, but along the
way met my beautiful wife, Esther and have 3 beautiful
kids - 2 girls and 1 boy and soon to be 4 kids with a
baby boy expected in November! I've been in private
practice in facial plastic surgery for 7 years . Life
is great and can't wait to see everyone at the 20th
reunion.

What's New?: I graduated in 1993 from UC Davis with a BS in Botany
and began working in environmental consulting. I
moved back to the bay area in 1996 and married a
friend from childhood. Husband, Mike, owns a
trucking company. We settled in the south bay
about five years ago and have a 4 year old boy
(Wyatt) and 18 month old girl (Ella). I was an
independant environmenatal consultant for about 10
years specializing in wetland delineation,
permitting, rare plant surveys and biological
resources analysis. I just took a new position with
a consulting firm called EDAW, based in Walnut Creek.
Basically lots of writing and I get to work from
home. My hobby has been consistent with my horses
dominating my free time. I ride dressage and compete
at the state level. My three horses live at home with
us so they are basically my other children.

What's New?: I'm living in Portland being a new professor at
Portland State University. Years previous have been
just too chok-full o' rich nibblets to get well set
down here. Finer points include travel about and beyond
the country, peace activism, stuff with computery bits
on them (well, like, _duh_ right?), livin' and lovin'
the whack queer freak-shows that are San Francisco,
Berkeley and Oakland, music making, meeting some really
fabulous kitty-cats, athletics (bicycling, capoeira,
shoveling asphalt, jumping into bass lake or the
pacific weekends, etc.), and having too much fun. Oh
and I'm a girl now (Gosh, you think you _know_
someone!). Anywho,
I'd love to hear from whomsoever's interested (cause
you _know_ I still think about _you_ babe).

What's New?: Sorry - won't be at the reunion
Graduated UCSC 1993 BA Cultural Anthropology. Worked as
a river guide in California, Oregon, Idaho and West
Virginia for 7 years. Spent 3 months on an "academic"
backpacking trip in New Zealand during college. Spent 3
months traveling and studying yoga in India. Spent 1
month rafting and surfing in Costa Rica. Went up to
Alaska to see Jen (Oliver) Aist and do a cruise with
Michelle (Bertram) Nix (from LAHS). Best vacation ever:
18 day private rafting trip down the Colorado with
friends and family. Still have Cricket my parrot. He's
29 years old. Do miss the ocean. Don't miss the Bay
Area traffic.
Living in Utah for 15 years. Married for 12 years. 2
boys (3 if you count my husband) Laustin - age 2, Dalyn
- age 4 months. I manage the Images of Nature Gallery
in Park City and have worked there since I first
arrived in Utah. If the Great Salt Lake were the ocean,
this place would be perfect.

What's New?: Hello to All!!
I live San Jose ouside of willow glen. Have been
married for almost 10 years this Sept. Have 2 very
active little girls. Kaitlyn 4yrs. and Amanda that
just turned 2. I'm a stay at home mom and love every
moment of it. I do work in my Daughters preschool
class every other week and serve on the board. So,
that keeps me pretty busy, as well as help my husband
with our business. He's a General Contracter. I don't
really keep in touch with anyone now, but Aimee Romeo.

What's New?: WOW!~ Has it really been 20 years? I guess time
flies... It's going to be outrageous to see how much
all of us have changed in 20 yrs....I blame it all on
having children. LOL I am a single mom to 3. Some of
you remember the oldest, he was kinda there my senior
year, lol Nicholas is 21 now and going to college and
working. Jessica is 16 and a junior in High School
this year, so far so good.... Matthew is 6 and was
diagnosed recently as PDD-NOS which is a form of
Autism as well as ADHD, needless to say he keeps me
busy. They are the greatest kids in the world. (ok I
am biased) I am still working in the caregiving
field...Taking care of people is very satisfying.

I lost my Mother to Cancer 5 yrs. ago May
she rest in peace after a long painful battle.

What's New?: It's been over 6 years since our family moved
from San Jose, CA to Coppell, TX and since day one,
we've just loved it here. Coppell is definitely a
great place to raise children. My husband and I have
been married for 10 years now and we share 3
beautiful children. Our oldest son is now 8 years
old, our second son is 6 years old and our
daughter is about to turn 4. They keep us extrememly
busy with
all their daily activities but it's been so much fun
watching them grow. I have been a stay-at-home mom

What's New?: Well are we having a 20yr. I am still at CISCO going
on 15 years now. I have 2 great girls 11 and 8 and
enjoyed coaching them this yr in softball. My oldest
made all-stars and then I coached a fall ball team that

What's New?: In the 1,000 weeks it's been since Ive seen most of
you, I've bounced around the country before landing in
Connecticut for the last eight years.

The highlight of my post-MVHS life has to be being
greeted at work one day by fitness guru Richard
Simmons -- dressed in his candy cane red shorts and
red tank top -- in the dead of winter. I've worked at
ESPN since 2000 in our stats/research department.

I look forward to not recognizing any of you in the
fall. :-)

What's New?: Ah, I thought the reunion was the 25th of October for
some reason. I guess I missed you all, it would have
been nice to see you. I did see the pics on line, you
all look great.
That date the 4th and 5th I was up in Tahoe with Wife
(Adrialyn) and Daughter (Kaitlyn)and family at our
place up there next to the lake, so it would have
been hard to get out of that anyway.

What's New:
I am currently working on a device (auto part)that
stops global warming byproduct formation from
internal combustion engines(both regular and diesel),
and increases the output of standard 87 gas to burn
like 120 octane fuel, its like nascar using cheap
gas. The device also increases fuel economy by a lot.
It really will provide a cleaner environment for us
all.
It has been an interesting project,patent process,
testing. When I first started working on this stuff
years ago I was amazed (horrified) what gasoline was
made up of (carcinogenic material that would cost
money to dispose of as a hazardous waste) and how
much of it is expelled unburn as cancer causing toxins
(like over 30% by weight in some cases).

Well, if we have another reunion in 5-10 years please
let me know.

What's New?: Past Prospect Researcher for the Seattle Symphony,
for almost 5 years. Taught private music lessons and
coaching kids in school and youth symphonies.
Performed with Tacoma Symphony, Tacoma Opera, Bellevue
Phil., chamber music with a few
groups, including for Ladies Musical Club in Seattle,
brass quintets and woodwind quintets, and formed
ensemble called the Convergence Chamber Players
started in 2004. They will continue on without me now.
Have recorded on Return to Brigadoon for the Billy
Nayer Show. http://www.billynayer.com/home.shtml Also
previously performed with Latin/Salsa band in Oakland
and many bay area orchestras from Santa Rosa to
Monterey Symphony and a lot in between.

In December 2004, Travis and I had a baby boy, Trevor
Nicholas Deane. We will have our 2nd baby in early
November of 2008, so not sure if we'll make it to the
reunion or not because of that and the fact that...We
also just relocated to So Cal, and we're now in
Burbank! We're hunting for a house, and we sold our
house up near Seattle last month. Things are crazy
right now, especially with the upcoming birth of boy
#2! Back in sunny California though...I miss the green
and being 10 minutes from beach/a place we can go walk
by the boat docks and go sea kayaking or ride the
ferry boats across to the islands...but I am enjoying
seeing more sunshine here and soaking every ounce of
it up! Thank god for air conditioning though! I look
forward to the wide range of musical opportunities
here. It should be an interesting next few years out
here.

What's New?: I graduated from Stanford in 1992 with a BA in Art
History. Highlights from college include meeting my
future husband, David, and going to study abroad in
Italy. I then moved to SF permanently in 1993 and went
back to school to get my teaching credential. I taught
at the same elementary school for 8 years as a
classroom teacher and a reading teacher. I got married
and we got a dog to test out our abilities to take
care of another being.
Our daughter was born in 2004. I decided to stay at
home after she was born. Our son was born in 2007.
I work at my daughter's preschool, which is a Spanish-
immersion co-op, as one of the parent teachers. I also
do work for a nonprofit that encourages early
literacy. I'm having a good time, but never getting
enough sleep!

What's New?: What's up class of '88! I was finally made aware of
this web site...so I'm adding my name and info. I'll
get all the basics out of the way. I've been married
to the love of my life (Lisa) for 9 years now...and I
have two kids. A beautiful 5 year old girl (Kyra)
and my 2 year old son (Kameron). I graduated from
WSU in 1993, I majored in advertising and minored in
fine arts. I worked as a graphic designer for about
four years, but got bored with having a desk job. So
I made a drastic carrier change...and went into law
enforcement. First I worked as a Corrections Deputy
at the Chelan County Regional Jail for 4 years, and
now I'm a police officer for the City of Wenatchee.
I've been with the department for just over 2 years
now, and I'm also a member of the regional SWAT
Team. I love getting paid to drive fast and kick in
doors! Well, that's the reader's digest version of
the past 15 years. I didn't make the 10 year reunion
because my daughter was making her grand enterance
into the world at that time...but I'd love to get the

Although Houston, Texas is my proud birth town (don't
know if any of you were aware of that little fact -or
more important, if anybody gives a rat's)...I'd like
to make it very clear that I am NOT responsible for
our leaders who have come out of that city.

I have, however, discovered that I am a Texan Oil Heir
(not oil tycoon, not millionaire ---- just "heir". The

What's New?: It was really fun reading about all that has been
going on with everyone. I have been married for 16
years to my high school sweet heart (although she went
to Los Altos HS). Graduated from Azusa Pacific
University in 93. Moved up to the top of Washington
state in 96 to go to Seminary at Regent College in
Vancouver, BC and got my Master of Divinity in 2000.
We have two of the cutest most incredible children you
can ever imagine (Sami, 8 & Tyler 5). We moved back
down to California a little over a year ago and am now
a youth pastor at a church called Bayside in Woodland
(north of Davis). It is an absolute blast! I can't

What's New?: After high school, I got my BA from UC Santa Cruz in

driver, book seller, and several other crazy jobs with
trips to Central America, Israel, Southeast Asia, Cuba,

in domestic violence prevention, then got my Masters in
Social Work at San Jose State in 2005. I lived in the
city for 10 years but recently discovered the little
hippie hamlet of Brisbane. I currently work at a small
non-profit in San Mateo called HIP Housing. We provide
a rent subsidy to low-income parents who are in school
to increase their earning power. I will also be a

It was great living in Europe, but I fell in love with a

What's New?: Wow, ten years and counting that I have been living
here in good ol' Colorado. We are just north east of
the Springs, in an area called Black Forest. It is an
un-incorporated area, with lots of pine trees, and
lots of acreage. We are on a little over five acres
with loads of trees around us. It's great, and I
wouldn't have it any other way. I don't miss the Bay
Area one bit!
Not much has changed. I still run my own Pet
Sitting business, as well as being involved in the Dog
Show circuit. My male champion Weimaraner who is four
and a half is now retired from the show ring.
In the summer of 08, I acquired a new female
Weimaraner puppy to raise and show. I am learning what
it takes to become a handler, and a breeder of Weims.
I hope to be able to breed her down the road, once she
has earned her championship title. It's fun, and I
love being able to work with my dogs. I am also
learning about hunt training for the sporting gun dog,
and what it takes to put a hunting title on your dog.
This will be for upland game mostly. Small birds like
quail, grouse, and even small pheasant. It's an
awesome sight and feeling when you see your dog lock
up and point. You can't train them for that. It has to
be bred in to the line.
I'm still living the single life. No girlfriend at
the moment. Went out with a girl several years back,
but it didn't work out. Hopefully miss right is out
there somewhere, and will come along sooner than
later.
12/21/08 I hit the big four oohhhh. Yikes!
I'm pretty much a home body these days. Yes, I
still live at home, and I don't care what people say
about it. I do my own thing, and have my own space.
Being my mother is an invalid, it helps my dad out for
me to be here, as I help with the care of her. Yes, it
puts a damper on having a social life, and it's not
the magnet girls are looking for, but oh-well! I get
by just fine, and if a girl can't except me for who I
am, and how I live, then so be it. It's her loss! I
wouldn't be able to stand it if I had to do the
apartment thing, or live in the city. Not even if you
paid me. It's just so peacefull here.
I'm trying to get myself in better shape these
days. I do lots of hiking in the mountains when the
weather is good. There is nothing like the reward of
getting to the top of that mountain and looking out at
an endless, un-obstructed view of trees and sometimes
snow capped peaks. It puts one in prospective as to
just how tiny we all are. There is nothing like being
one with nature. This surely is gods country.

Asia and spent three months in Europe before returning

What's New?: After graduation, I studied history at Santa Clara
University and then Seattle University, playing NCAA
lacrosse at the former. I won a gold medal at the 1991
US Olympic Festival in team handball (see

of the game). In the years following, I worked a lot
of boring office jobs in Seattle while playing lacrosse
and competing in longbow target archery competitions on
the weekends (standard rings only; I don't hunt and
won't even loose at an animal-shaped target). More

Seattle firm before joining Microsoft, where I
currently work as a lead support engineer for

What's New?: Can't make it this year to the reunion. Working on
another trip to China. After adopting our daughter,
now 3, in China, God has placed the need for us to
start the process of becoming missionaries. We spent
9 days this summer in an orphanage in Langfang taking
pictures and working on a book to publish to raise
awareness of china and their children (also to raise
money for the orphanage). We feel that God is working
withinin us to move our family to China for a year.
During our last trip we fell in love with a little
girl named Mei Mei. She is about 4 years old and
needs a heart transplant. At this point she is not
adoptable due to her heath but are hoping that
something will change to allow us to into our family.
We still live in Spokane, Wa.

What's New?: After I graduated from UCLA with a degree in design, I
moved back to the bay area. I worked as a senior
graphic designer for the same design firm (Liew Design)
for ...drum roll....yes, 15 years!!! What an anamoly in
this valley! It is located in downtown Mountain View,

What's New?: Graduated from UCLA with a BS in Psychobiology. Worked
in LA for a while, got sick of the smog and returned to
the Bay Area!

Married in 2000, separated in 2005. Hope the divorce
will be final before the reunion!

My daughter Jessica was born in 2002. Jessica was
diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), Type I at
3 mo. Doctors said she wouldn't make it to 1 yr. SMA
is a neuromuscular disorder causing progressive muscle
weakness. Jessica outlived the prognosis, zooming
around in her power chair at preschool. A very happy,
intelligent child. Sadly, she passed away Dec 27,
2005, just before her 4th birthday.

Jessica taught me a lot about what is important in life
and I am working on sharing her joy with others. (I do
love to talk about Jessica . . . just like other
parents love to talk about their kids!)

I am involved in spreading awareness about SMA and
helping to raise money to find a cure. We are having
our 6th annual WALK SMART to raise money for Spinal
Muscular Atrophy Research and Treatment on Saturday,
Sept 27, 2008, at Emerald Glen Park in Dublin. Please

in a great high school for 8 years. Last year I became a Principal of an
elementary school which keeps me constantly on my toes--I still am not
quite sure of the correct response to a kindergartner who gets caught
drinking from a urinal! Anyhow, I have been married to a lovely woman,
Kate, for 15 years and have four children, the oldest is a girl, Mykayla,
who is now in high school--yikes--(I keep hoping she got none of my
genes). Hope everyone is doing well and that we get to catch up at the
reunion.

What's New?: Sorting through old emails I found one about the 20
year re-union (thanks to Linda Shively for being the
link that keeps several of us in touch...). It was a
blast reading about what so many of you have been
doing in the intervening 20(!) years. Lots of folks
have had amazing adventures, while my own life seems
rather staid by comparison.

I went to UCB, graduated with a BA in Architecture,
and have worked for a succession of architecture firms
since, doing commercial, educational, and lately
aviation projects. Met my wife at Allister Siu's /
Marianne Hsie's wedding in 1997. We spent a year
dating long distance before I chucked it all to move
to NYC in 1998 to be close to her. We married in
2001. Moved from NYC to Seattle in 2002, and have been
here since. Finally bought a house in 2007, after we
were sure we wanted to stay. We have two dogs, but no
kids in the future for us.

We still have family and lots of friends in the Bay
Area, so are down there a few times a year to visit.

What's New?: I am living in Wylie Texas with my husband and my two
beautiful daughters. I have been married to Jeff for
13 years and have two daughters aged 10 and 7. I have
been a stay at home mom but now that the girls are in
school I work with physically disabled children and I
love it. It was great catching up on some of my

What's New?: I graduated from U.C. Santa Cruz in 1993 with a B.A.
in Anthropology and Latin American Studies. A
highlight from my college years was my year abroad in
Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have worked a variety of
jobs since graduating from college, the most intense
being working as a bilingual advocate and outreach
coordinator at an battered women's shelter. I
married fellow M.V.H.S. graduate (class of `87)
Rodney Siegel in 1995, and now we have two girls,
Leila (born in 1998) and Dahlia (born in 2002). I am
a stay-at-home mom but keep very busy with my kids,
my hobbies (dancing, hiking, knitting, travelling,
and cooking), my friends and family, and being
involved in my kids' schools. This year I am
President of my younger daughter's co-operative
preschool! We live in beautiful Fairfax,
California. E-mail me if you want to get together!
I would love to see some of my fellow 1988 grads at
an upcoming event. It was fun reading about everyone
and remembering way back when!

What's New?: After graduation I joined the U.S. Air Force. I went
to Bitburg Germany as an aircraft mechanic, Then I was
sent to Saudi Arabia during the Gulf War, working on F-
15 Fighter jets. I finished out my enlistment at
Nellis AFB In Las Vegas Nevada. After I got out, I
moved to L.A. and I worked various jobs, Toy store
mngr., warehouse shipping mngr. etc. About 4 years ago
I got a job offer out in Missouri, working as a
helicopter electrician for the Missouri National
Guard. The pay was really great, but it just wasn't
fufulling enough for me. So I took a huge gamble, quit
my job and went back to school full time. It has been
a tough adjustment, not used to being broke all the
time.But I think it will be well worth it. I'm
pursuing a degree in education. I have always wanted
to teach. I learned that money isn't all that a person
needs to be happy. I have a girlfriend that lives with
me, and no kids.I am curious to know what ever
happened to Roland Brown,Derrick Wells,Anna
Shaw,Annette Carroll,Mr.Riddell,Mr.Sesich,
Mr.Bissell ,
Coach Wells etc. Drop me a line. Anyway, my hobbies
are,reggae music,computer gaming, fishing, nightclubs,

What's New?: I just celebrated 5 years of marriage with my husband
Chris and we have two kids, Alison (3) and Adam (1).
My big news is that after 9 years of going to school
part-time, I finally graduated from college last
month! After stints at Microsoft and TiVo, I've been
staying home with the kids since 2005.

We just bought some property nearby that we plan to
build a house on, so my kids will probably end up
going to good old MVHS.
